In order to deliver your products and or gift baskets to your satisfaction, every effort will be made to ship your product as soon as possible unless you have clearly requested otherwise in our “comments” section upon check out. Our packages are shipped out within 24 business hours and will arrive at its destination between 3 and 10 business days provided we have the quantity and product in stock. All shipping prices are standard UPS pricing based on weight and destination. Additional charges will apply to shipments outside the continental United States. Shipping charges are not refunded in the event of a returned item. In the event that a delivery address provided to us proves to be inaccurate, an additional charge will be incurred to satisfy the second delivery attempt.
You must notify us within 10 business days if you wish to make a return or exchange. Note that food items are non-refundable. We issue store credit on items that were purchased over 30 days prior to receiving returned goods.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified immediately. Every effort will be made to provide you with the item of your choice within a reasonable amount of time. Gift baskets are subject to comparable replacements of certain items.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the unlikely circumstance that a gift basket or items would arrive damaged, every effort will be made to complete your satisfaction.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, upon said damage. DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED GOODS and please retain all documentation from the delivery carrier for any future claims.

Wine Shipping Policy
There are a handful of states that we cannot ship wine to. If you have ordered wine to be shipped to one of these states we will notify you immediately and either refund your money or find another option. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from our store. If wine is purchased, we ship it through UPS under the condition that the driver receives a signature from an adult over 21 years of age before they leave the package.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
The Virginia Shop is current with its PCI compliance and uses authorize.net for transactions.

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. You MUST call the store for assistance 434-977-0080. All these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. There are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.
